Process
Pedro uses a two-step process to tuning.
First, he inspect the piano for problems, then does an initial tuning as well as cleaning and small simple repairs.
Then, he goes back a week later to see how the tuning held up and perform more thorough fine-tuning.
He also explains any salient, serious problems the piano has and suggest solutions. He takes videos before an after each tuning to showcase the results.
